The Business Blueprint Strategy

Laverne Thomas is the millennial owner of BDL Coaching, a community and corporate based coaching firm. She is also co-owner of Exquisite Infusion Teas and the Breakthrough and Boss Up Coaching Program. Over the last seven years, she has successfully established herself as a 7-time published author, corporate strategist, ministry and marketplace master builder, ordained minister and a mother of two beautiful children.

 

She launched BDL Coaching in 2017 as a side business after starting and closing 3 other businesses that did not survive after the first year. Using her knowledge from those previous ventures and the new strategy she designed, she was able to scale up BDL in three years. Laverne positioned herself to resign from her executive level career in Jan 2020 and explore full time entrepreneurship.

 

Today with a team of 20+ certified coaches, she has helped several women and men build the lives they desire with her wisdom, strategy and implementation. Her faith in God, advanced education, successful career experiences and passion to rebuild the urban community is the blueprint orchestrating her innovative strategies for visionaries desiring a life of abundance. Laverne meets  existing or emerging entrepreneurs where they are today and take them where they want to go tomorrow!
